My friend Charity and I were having a regular Saturday afternoon conversation when she mentioned a block she’d noticed — a pattern that kept showing up every time she was on the edge of something good. What came up was a memory she’d carried since childhood. Her father walking out the door for the last time. A little girl watching him leave. He never came back.

“Oh my God. It’s gone. I can’t even see it anymore. Something I’ve been carrying for over 30 years. And you got rid of it in less than 15 minutes. I can’t believe this. Oh my God.”

I’m Natasha Jones. I’ve spent over 20 years in the mental health field – walking alongside people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. I’ve worked every level of care. I’ve sat across from women in crisis, in grief, in confusion, and in the quiet devastation of things they’ve never told anyone.

I’ve also been that woman.

I know what it means to carry something from childhood into adulthood. To do the work – and still feel something unmoved. My own healing journey led me to modalities that go deeper than talk, deeper than mindset, deeper than anything I encountered in my clinical training.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not therapy and does not constitute a therapeutic relationship. It is a structured healing experience. No diagnosis. No treatment plan. No insurance billing.

That’s exactly what the women in my research said too. The size of the memory is not what determines resolution — it’s the precision of the approach. We go to the root, not the surface. Women who had carried memories for 30 years or more experienced complete resolution. Bring what you’ve been carrying. That’s exactly what this work is designed for.

We begin with a focused intake to identify the specific memory we’ll work with. Then we move into the healing work — gentle, precise, and completely guided. You will not be left open or ungrounded. We close the session intentionally so you leave feeling settled. You’ll also receive aftercare instructions and a personal follow-up email check-in in the days that follow.

No. You will not be asked to re-narrate, relive, or re-examine the memory in detail. We locate it. We release it. That’s the work. Many women are relieved to discover that resolution doesn’t require rehearsing the pain.

The results are lasting – not temporary relief, not managed symptoms. Resolution.

In my research study, participants were assessed at 30 days and again at 75 days following the session. At both follow-ups, participants reported zero distress associated with their traumatic memory. They were also no longer within the range of PTSD based on clinical assessment.

One participant said – “I barely think about it. It’s not important and I’ve moved on.”

I can also speak to this personally. In my own healing journey, I have never been activated by something I’ve done this work on. Not once. What is resolved stays resolved.

That is the difference between management and resolution.

Yes – all sessions are held via Zoom. You can be anywhere in the world. Women have joined from the US, the UK, Australia, and beyond. All you need is a private, comfortable space and a reliable internet connection.

That’s more common than you might think. Healing is rarely a single destination — it’s a journey. Each memory carries its own charge and requires its own dedicated session to resolve fully.
